2. Payment term:
(I) The product unit price is the ex-work price and the shipping cost is determined by the kind of product you purchase and the delivery method you choose.
(II) The tariff is to be paid locally.

3. Requirements:
　(I) The reference price shown on the website is the wholesale price.
  (II) For the color of minimum ordered quantity, we will try our best to go with that requested by the customer but if the needed color is not available, we will substitute with another color. 
  (III) Our website is only available for wholesale orders, not for retail.
  (IV) The minimum ordered quantity varies with different products.
